Prevention Anti-Discrimination Work

This plan portrays Wise Group’s prevention and promotion work aimed at promoting equal rights and opportunities throughout the group. Respect for the individual and the equal value of all colleagues is fundamental to relationships. Everyone should, if the competence is equal, have the same opportunities for employment with Wise Group and our subsidiaries as well as for development and influence at work. Differences should be seen as an asset and be utilized.
